- Also tabled till next time until Thomas is around and we discuss automake
- Patch 1627049 was applied (dts12) but not closed?
- Issues need to be moved to bugs and patch closed

- lots of discussion surrounding whether to leave snmplocalsm.c around for a while or not. in the end, delete it. just remove from help in branches.
