Coding Issues
- RPM API incompatibilities

    - auto-transport detection and inclusion
      - similar to mib modules now
      - signficinantly more re-use

    - possible split of transport object creation to actual opening
- magfr's frustration with OID registrations and his hopefully-this-time solution proposal
