    • used the older makerelease script
    • needs an easy to install makerelease
• Coding Issues
  • magfr expressed extreme fustration with the new agent architecture over it's storage of too many OIDs
    • he'll come up with a possible proposal for fixing it
  • TrogL: issues with multiple CPUs and reporting
    • will come up with a table plan and we'll work on it from there; may float requests by -users
• Testing infrastructure and supported releases
  • Wes' proposal from the last meeting
    • Details still needed
      • What test output?
        • just pass/fail at first to avoid privacy and anonymous data issues at first
      • What O/S info?
        • uname and ./config.guess
      • What net-snmp config?
        • we'd like configure options and HAVE_* stuff, but it's not likely to be easy privacy wise.
    • Wes will try and put something together in Q1 2010

  • we had a lot of longer term discussions today (adove) so nothing further was brought up

  • TrogL to work more closely with the OpenSolaris group and will be doing more SNMP work. He'll try to communicate both ways about the Net-SNMP project.
  • Wes and Robert will hopefully be doing more work in the next 6 months.
  • magfr: trying to create a test case for discerning oid.2.26 from oid.2.64.0 for agentx subagent registrations
  • dts12: primarily the 5.2.x and 5.4.x releases.
