Both these trees are designed to report precisely those things that
have been explicitly configured for monitoring. If there are no
relevant entries in the snmpd.conf
file, then these tables will be empty.

manual page and the EXAMPLE.conf
file for details on configuring the agent.
Optionally, run
snmpconf -g monitoring
to help you set up this
section of the snmpd.conf
file.
